Position: Organisational Development Consultant
Location: Cayman Islands

About the Role

The Organisational Development Consultant will be providing consulting services to each division of the business, in addition to managing his / her own global and local projects. This will include employee engagement and development, wellbeing strategy and other organisational development programmes. They will be the lead on developing global employee frameworks

 Candidates must have consulting experience, in addition to experience managing multi-jurisdictional projects. They must be able to diagnose organisational needs and advise on best practice solutions. He / she must be able to conduct data analysis and condense large volumes of information. Competence in facilitation and workshop design will be an advantage, as will academic and market research.

EXPERIENCE

What You Bring 

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the successful candidate will have:

  • A university degree in a relevant field; preferably in organisational psychology at the postgraduate level;  
  • He / she will be registered with an internationally recognised health regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, AHPRA NZPB or equivalent);  
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in consulting; and
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills;  

The role will require liaising with C-Suite Leaders, senior managers and global business partners. In addition he/she will be required to deliver presentations and facilitate workshops with these stakeholders. An ability to work independently to consult on and manage a large volume of projects within a limited time frame is essential. A high level of time management and organisation ability, in order to meet deadlines will be required.
