Position: Senior Business Process Analyst
Location: Cayman Islands

About the Role

The Senior Business Process Analyst will ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of the projects within the defined portfolio, and clearly communicating project status on a timely and periodic basis to business stakeholders/sponsors.

This role will design new business models, streamline and reengineer existing business processes and provide support to change management.

He/she will also help delivering solutions and cutting-edge technology across our global financial services business. 

The role will involve working with subject matter experts, IT resources (i.e. software developers, infrastructure engineers, and business technology analysts), external vendors, project teams and project sponsors to deliver business transformation initiatives.

  • Process Analysis andProcess Reengineering
  • Business Modelling
  • Requirements Gatheringand Specifications Authoring
  • Solution and Systems Design / Functional Architecture
  • Data Analysis / Management / Troubleshooting
  • Business Operations Restructuring and Transforming
  • Change Management and System Rollout
  • Overall Project Management and Communication

This will require demonstrating knowledge of Financial services understand business strategy, requirements and operational processes, and applying knowledge of process engineering to design optimal business models and solutions.

  • Process discovery and process modelling;
  • Performance measurement;
  • Process analysis and design;
  • People management skills;
  • Project management and change management; and
  • Technical skills (BPM requirements gathering, designing user experience, optimization and simulation).

The role requires a candidate who is able to:

  • Align Processes with Business Strategy;
  • Measure, Analyze, Benchmark and Improve Processes;
  • Self-manage and take ownership in order to deliver with discipline;
  • Apply an analytical approach effectively to solutions;
  • Plan meticulously and apply sound business judgement to manage projects, changing of culture and risks;
  • Adapt communication effectively between the business and technology teams; and
  • Generate new ideas, with a passion for innovation and technology.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years of experience in Financial Services as a business process analyst, business analyst, or management consultant;
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree relevant to Financial Services, a Business discipline or Information Technology; and
  • MBA, Lean Six Sigma yellow and Lean Continues Improvement experience would be an asset.
