Position: Administrative Assistant – Mailroom 
Location: Cayman Islands

About the Role

The Administrative Assistant - Mailroom reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for delivering/collecting documents to/from Maples and Calder internally and to/from various Government departments, and private sector businesses.  In addition, the successful candidate will provide support for the mailroom and other departments as necessary to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the department.

The successful candidate must possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to  work effectively as part of a team.  In addition, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisation skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail and will understand and manage administrative processes and procedures. This is a busy role and the successful candidate should be able to multi task and complete duties and assigned projects within deadlines. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.  
As the role involves lifting and carrying it is important that candidates can lift up to 25lbs.  Candidates should possess a clean driving license and be 23+ years old for insurance purposes.
