Position: Corporate Lawyer

About the Role
Our qualified corporate lawyers advise on a variety of corporate issues, including:
- company formations
- general company administration and shareholder meetings
- corporate reorganisations
- joint venture set up
- regulatory compliance, including the adoption of best corporate governance practices
- share capital, including share rights; conversion rights; declarations of dividends; redemption, buyback and transfer of shares or other securities; and maintenance of share capital
- directors' duties, conflicts of interest and transactions and arrangements with directors, including directors indemnification
What You Bring
Applicants will have a first class academic background, admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, at least 3-5 years' relevant post qualification experience ideally gained from a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction.
Our competitive remuneration package is based on qualifications and experience and includes a discretionary end-of-year bonus.
