Position: Corporate Services Finance Manager

Location: Cayman Islands

About the Role

The Finance Manager (FM) is responsible for management and oversight of the financials for the group’s Cayman and BVI Corporate Services entities.   Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, reporting monthly financial results and qualitative analysis to the Boards of Directors, preparing annual budgets, managing financial audits and annual billing cycles, treasury management and other finance related tasks.  In addition, the role will involve the enhancement and monitoring of internal controls for both entities.  The FM will be involved in the management of a team of junior accounting staff, and will work closely with stakeholders across the business.  


What You Bring

We are seeking a qualified accountant who holds one of the following designations (CPA, ACA, ACMA, CIMA or ACCA), with a minimum of 6 years PQE, coupled with a solid technical background with experience in international and regulatory compliance. Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team is essential.  Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are necessary, as is the ability to build effective working relationships within the team and business.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required in addition to strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse large volumes of data.
