Position: Marketing Administrator 
Location: Cayman

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior PR and Marketing Manager the role will provide general marketing administration for Maples and Calder and the Maples Group. Daily responsibilities include, assisting with the preparation of marketing collateral and other materials; maintenance of the client relationship management system; monitoring the marketing budget and processing expense claims; and coordinating the ordering and distribution of conference collateral and give away items for all offices.

In addition the successful candidate will support with the review and update of content on the firm’s website; provide support with the coordination and planning of marketing communications and social media initiatives and strategies, along with providing support in the coordination of the production and distribution of the firm’s articles, client updates, press releases, brochures, newsletters and any other marketing materials, as required, in line with the firm’s brand guidelines and approved processes.


What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • 2 years’ demonstrated experience in a marketing department, ideally gained from a professional services firm, coupled with a degree in Marketing or other relevant marketing qualification.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Candidates should be highly organised and detail focused with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • The successful candidate must be proficient in MS applications including, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience using a client relationship management system would be advantageous.
