About the Role

The Administrator-Board Support Services will be responsible for supporting the management of a portfolio of companies where Maples Group is providing board support services under the supervision of a Vice President. Primary responsibilities include:

  • The coordination and scheduling of Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings
  • Drafting agendas for meetings and ensuring efficient preparation and distribution of board packs in a timely and accurate manner
  • following up on outstanding action points
  • maintaining accurate client related records
  • Assisting corporate secretarial professionals to ensure client portfolios are compliant with internal policies and procedures
  • Generate invoices, respond to queries from clients and service providers
  • Act as a channel of communication for the directors and client companies


What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Strong ability to complete tasks while under pressure, in accordance with procedures and instructions to set deadlines
  • Will be proficient in all MSOffice and Microsoft applications
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative or as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Be able to deal with people at various levels inside and outside the organisation.
  • Excellent command of the English language is a requirement for the role
  • It is a strong preference that the successful candidate will be a college graduate
  • Previous experience within the investment funds industry would be an advantage.
