Position: Financial Reporting Manager
Location: Cayman Islands

About the Role
The Financial Reporting Manager will  serve in our global finance department and will lead a team across multiple jurisdictions who are responsible for global performance and financial reporting.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of monthly and quarterly global financial reports to the Executive Management Committee and senior stakeholders globally;
  • He/she will be expected to lead various global reporting projects, including the strategic development of global reporting systems as they pertain to business metrics and accounting principles;
  • He/she will lead the global annual budgeting process and be involved in review and/or preparation of year end audited financial statements prepared under IFRS for stand alone and consolidated structures;
  • Experience with consolidations including foreign currencies will be critical;
  • He/she will be involved in transfer pricing, cash flow and other adhoc analysis; and
  • The successful candidate will also mange, coach and develop a team.


What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • The successful candidate will have completed an internationally recognised accounting or financial industry designation (e.g. CPA, CA or ACA);
  • He/she will have a minimum of seven years post-qualified experience, which will include Big 4 audit experience and relevant industry experience with a leading professional company;
  • Experience working in and with different jurisdictions is essential;
  • Other key skills and competencies for the role include strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and thorough understanding of the financial services industry.
