Position: Business Process Analyst

Location: Cayman Islands


The Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for the design, creation and modification of processes, workflows and integrations to increase business efficiency.  Working with business subject matter experts (SME’s), you will obtain requirements for new / existing processes and workflows and develop business and client friendly solutions, processes, documentation and reports. In addition the BPA will maintain data through periodic reviews and perform data analysis, whilst managing the production business process environment, including troubleshooting issues through to resolution. This is an exciting opportunity to drive, influence and participate in planning and development in an evolving agile environment. 


We are seeking a candidate with 2+ years in production software development (specifically in the Microsoft Web stack). Experience in C#, HTML, Java Script, JSON, CSS and SQL Server preferred.  Knowledge of Web and RESTful API development and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.  In addition, knowledge of cloud services preferably Azure Devops and Microsoft Power Bi, R Language, M Language desired.  Experience with a low code toolset and the Selenium portable web application testing framework. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills are essential, coupled with the ability to translate business needs into workable solutions, whilst communicating concepts into easily understandable information.  The BPA must possess strong process modelling skills, with experience in reviewing and examining  disparate business systems, developing process models and implementing workflows.  Experience working in an Agile environment is essential.
