Position: Senior Corporate Administrator 
Location: Cayman

About the Role

The Senior Corporate Administrator (SCA) reports to the Corporate Services Manager and is responsible for managing and administering a portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts.  Duties include assigning corporate service requests to team members; ensuring accurate completion of requests, preparing, reviewing and/or assisting with the drafting of documentation relating to the administration of the group's portfolio of entities.  In addition the SCA manages a team of Corporate Administrators, Assistant Corporate Administrators and Administrative Assistants, including review and sign off of completed work, conducting performance reviews, providing on-going feedback to team members, assisting with training plans and advising team members with complex and sensitive matters. 


What You Bring

Candidates should have 5+ years' prior corporate administrative experience and 3+ years' supervisory experience in a professional office environment.  The successful candidate must possess excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. In addition the post holder must possess superior people management skills and organisational skills. 

The successful candidate must be professional, able to use own initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Overtime at short notice and on weekends may be required.
