Position: Structured Finance Lawyer 
Location: Cayman Islands

Applications are invited by the Cayman Islands office of Maples & Calder for the position of Structured Finance Lawyer.

About the Role

Our Structured Finance team advises on all types of international securitisation transactions and on a full array of traditional and bespoke transaction structures, including:

  • Cash and synthetic CLOs
  • Standalone and multi-issuer repackaging programmes
  • Structured products using collateralised swaps and repos
  • Trade finance securitisations

We also have particular expertise advising issuers, trustees and arrangers on restructuring and termination of structured finance products.


What You Bring

Applicants will have a first class academic background, admitted to practice in a recognised Commonwealth jurisdiction, at least 3-7 years' relevant post qualification experience ideally gained from a leading law firm in a major onshore or offshore jurisdiction.
