Position:  Junior Administrator
Location: Dubai

About the Role

The Junior Administrator reports to the Vice President and Senior Vice President and supports the wider Fiduciary team. His/her tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: Assisting team members with secretarial and general administrative tasks, including liaising with transaction parties as required. Primary responsibilities include:  

  • Preparing and coordinating printing and signing of transaction documentation for delivery to relevant parties;
  • Assisting client service professionals with the updating of databases to ensure all client and compliance information is correct;
  • Assisting  with the maintenance of share registers;
  • Preparing tax forms and bank mandates; and saving/filing correspondence documents etc., into relevant electronic or physical files;
  • Assisting in the invoicing process and collection of receivables;
  • Demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new capabilities, constantly striving to improve performance;
  • Proactively seeking out and taking advantage of training and development opportunities;
  • Consistently producing high volumes of work whilst maintaining a proficient performance on the job; and
  • Being able to generate original ideas, finding more efficient/effective ways of doing jobs and make useful suggestions for improvements.


What You Bring

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:

  • Degree qualified; 
  • Ideally 1-2 years working experience in a similar field;
  • Work on his/her own initiative, demonstrate excellent organisation and planning skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail;
  • Have the ability to deliver on tight timescales and have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to display analytical and pragmatic thinking; and
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
