Annual Returns Deadline for BVI Regulated Funds: 30 June 2010

21 Jun 2010

Annual Returns for the 2009 reporting period must be submitted electronically to the British Virgin Islands ("BVI") Financial Services Commission ("FSC") on or before 30 June 2010. BVI regulated funds could be faced with enforcement action if they fail to meet the deadline.

Annual Returns replace the FSC's previous voluntary mutual fund survey.  Funds that are not regulated under the Securities and Investment Business Act, 2010, for example closed end funds, are not required to submit an Annual Return. Please visit https://returns.bvifsc.vg to file Annual Returns. If you require assistance, please email the FSC at fundreturns@bvifsc.vg
