The Listing of a Cayman Islands Holding Company on the SEHK

The sustained popularity of the Cayman Islands as a jurisdiction for the incorporation of holding companies to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) is apparent due to the several hundreds of Cayman Islands companies currently listed on both the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) of the SEHK.
