This quarter's highlights include the publication of the Central Bank of Ireland's Dear CEO letter following an EU wide review of costs and fees in UCITS, the enactment of the Central Bank (Individual Accountability Framework) Act 2023, Luxembourg's proposals to modernise fund legislation and the entry into force of the regulation amending the European Long-Term Investment Funds Regulation.
