Maples and Calder (Ireland) LLP, the Maples Group's law firm, is pleased to have advised Susquehanna Growth Equity on the Irish corporate legal aspects of its follow-on investment in Phorest.
Susquehanna Growth Equity is a private equity and venture capital firm focused on growth companies. It invests in software and tech-enabled businesses in North America, Israel and Western Europe in the software, information services, internet and financial technology sectors.
A team based in the Group's Irish office advised Susquehanna Growth Equity and was led by Patrick Quinlan, a Partner in the Irish Corporate practice.
