OVERVIEW

Andrew is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Andrew advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters.

BACKGROUND

Andrew joined the Maples Group in 2021 having trained and qualified into the corporate & commercial team of a leading Irish law firm.
