OVERVIEW
Carl is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's British Virgin Islands office. He advises clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial disputes including cross border company, trusts and insolvency matters. Carl also works with clients on enforcement proceedings and has experience working on contentious and non-contentious probate matters.
BACKGROUND
Carl joined the Maples Group legal services team in Dublin as a trainee in 2013 and joined the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency group upon qualification. Carl joined the BVI team in 2018 following a successful secondment in 2017.
