OVERVIEW
Chloe is an experienced litigator who specialises in financial disputes, complex commercial litigation and cross-border litigation. She has managed high-value proceedings for banks, asset managers, corporates and individuals. Chloe has acted for financial institutions and other regulated entities in contentious regulatory matters and investigations. She has also acted in civil fraud proceedings and data protection litigation.BACKGROUND
Chloe joined the Maples Group in January 2021. Prior to joining the Maples Group, she practised in London with a leading City firm. During that time she was seconded to a major international bank as in-house counsel. Chloe trained with a large Irish commercial law firm.
