OVERVIEW

Chris has extensive knowledge on the operational and accounting aspects of various structured finance entities covering listed and unlisted companies.  He is knowledgeable in IFRS and FRS 101-102.

 

BACKGROUND

 

Previously, Chris worked in external audit for six years and was an Audit Manager in the structured finance group of EY Dublin where he specialised in various S110 structures including both listed and unlisted entities.
