OVERVIEW

Ciara is an associate on the Commercial Property team and advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and disposal of investment property, property financing and property aspects of corporate transactions.

Ciara also advises on commercial landlord and tenant and has experience in acting for both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of leases.


BACKGROUND

Ciara joined the Maples Group in 2016 as a trainee and joined the Commercial Property team on qualifying in 2019.
