OVERVIEW
Cóilín has been supporting Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management and Financial Services Regulatory teams in the Maples Group's Dublin office as a professional support lawyer since 2018.
As a professional support lawyer, Cóilín supports lawyers in the application of current law and regulation and tracking new legal, regulatory and policy developments and their implications.
BACKGROUND
Cóilín joined the Maples Group in 2011. She has specialist experience in the establishment, authorisation, operation and ongoing compliance obligations of UCITS, AIFs, UCITS management companies and AIFMs with MiFID add-ons. Cóilín previously worked for a leading Irish corporate law firm.
