Coleen Gasiewski

OVERVIEW

Coleen has over 20 years' experience providing US and offshore investment, asset and risk management services to corporate and institutional clients.  She has regularly focused on structuring and managing mutual funds, funds of funds, separately managed accounts and hybrid funds. In addition to this, Coleen is knowledgeable in permanent and interim credit facilities, cash and treasury management, asset-backed securitisations, subordinated debt and private banking transactions.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Coleen worked as an Independent Consultant, supporting factor-base
and life-cycle initiatives for finance professionals.  Prior to this, she spent 13 years with BlackRock Inc. as a Director, Senior Portfolio Manager and Trader, and 10 years at Merrill Lynch Asset Management as a Vice President, Trader and Compliance Officer.
