OVERVIEW

David is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. David's practice focuses on the structuring, marketing and establishment of closed and open-ended investment fund structures. David also regularly advises on corporate transactions, including joint ventures, co-investments and downstream fund investments.

BACKGROUND

David joined the Maples Group in 2021.  He has previously worked in Jersey and London for other international and US law firms.
