OVERVIEW

Dermot has extensive experience in providing client accounting services across a range of structured finance sectors including securitisation, aircraft leasing and CDO / CLO transactions.  He has financial reporting experience including IFRS, FRS 101-102, US GAAP and tax compliance experience in respect of VAT and Corporation Tax.
