OVERVIEW

Enda is a partner of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Enda advises on large commercial disputes, both in litigation and in alternative dispute resolution.  He has particular expertise in promoting and defending negligence claims against financial and technical professionals, and in construction-related disputes.  Enda regularly advises top-tier contractors on disputes arising out of the procurement and execution of public works projects, including PPP projects.

BACKGROUND

Enda joined the Maples Group in 2009 from a large Irish corporate law firm.

Enda is ranked in Chambers Europe 2020 and clients have attested "he is our port of call when we need help or advice. Enda is very responsive and is easily contactable. If he says he will do something by a particular time it will be done. We've never had a negative outcome with Enda on our side."
