Mark Gordon

OVERVIEW

Mark has extensive experience in the areas of aircraft leasing, securitisation and structured finance having worked on a variety of large ABS transactions where the Maples Group act as the Managing Agent, providing corporate administration services.  These services include investor reporting, cash management and financial reporting.  Mark also acts as a director to certain Irish incorporated SPVs providing a range of fiduciary, management and administration services.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Mark worked as a Financial Accountant with Hertz in Melbourne, Australia.  Prior to this, Mark began his career working with Raftery & Co, registered auditors in Sligo, Ireland as a trainee before progressing to Audit Senior.  He also worked for Capita Asset Services in Dublin as a Client Accountant.
