OVERVIEW

Molly is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maple Group's Dubai office. Molly advises on a broad range of Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands corporate work, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. 

BACKGROUND

Molly joined Maples Group Dubai team in 2022. Prior to this she worked as a corporate solicitor for an Irish law firm in Dublin, Ireland, advising on general corporate and commercial matters and M&A transactions.
