Nicoletta has over ten years of experience working in the funds industry and has worked across a diverse range of fund types.BACKGROUND
Previously, Nicoletta worked for nine years at Sanlam Asset Management (Ireland) Limited in the area of compliance first and then as Legal Counsel, driving the implementation of the legal department. Her main responsibilities were the management and coordination of the legal activities of the company and the funds. She then moved to Tobam, a Paris-based asset management firm, as a Senior Legal Advisor. Prior to this, Nicoletta worked in private practice in Italy where she gained experience in different areas of law and where she also trained as a solicitor. She has also practised as lawyer for three years in a law firm specialised in criminal law.
