Patrice O'Donovan

OVERVIEW

Patrice is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's London office.  Patrice advises on the establishment, authorisation, regulation and marketing of Irish regulated funds including UCITS, AIFs and other specialised fund products.  She also advises investment managers on the implications of a wide range of Irish and EU financial services laws and regulations.

BACKGROUND

Patrice joined the Maples Group in 2019.  She previously trained and worked as an associate in the investment funds team of a large Irish corporate law firm.  In addition, Patrice has completed secondments in London on the legal teams of one of the world's largest asset managers, specialising in ETF's, and a global asset management company specialising in global long/short equity.
