OVERVIEW
Sarah is a professional support lawyer in the Dublin office at Maples and Calder, the Maples Group's law firm, providing support to the Corporate team in the application of current Irish law and tracking new legal developments and their implications and preparation and maintenance of precedents and know-how. She also works as part of deal teams providing focused transaction support and assists with team training initiatives and client updates.
BACKGROUND
Sarah joined the Maples Group in Dublin in 2008 as a trainee and completed a six-month secondment in the Group's Hong Kong office in 2009. She qualified into the Corporate team in 2010 before moving into her current role as a professional support lawyer in 2017. As an associate, Sarah advised on a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters.
