In addition to providing full service legal advice on Luxembourg tax matters, the firm also has dedicated practices in Funds & Investment Management, Corporate and Finance along with its well-established fund and fiduciary services offering.

Luxembourg Managing Partner Johan Terblanche said, "I am delighted to welcome Jean-Dominique to the Maples Group and I am really looking forward to working with him.  We believe that Jean-Dominique's extensive technical experience and knowledge of the Luxembourg market will complement our existing global capabilities and ensure that we can continue to provide the most innovative and efficient solutions for our clients."

The addition of Jean-Dominique to our global Tax team continues our strategy of building a deep bench of expertise."

Commenting on his appointment, Jean-Dominique said, "I am thrilled to join the Maples Group's talented team in Luxembourg and look forward to participating in its continued growth and success.  I am also glad to be part of an expanding global Tax practice, with the opportunity to work alongside James O’Neal in Luxembourg and my Irish tax colleagues to provide the highest quality legal advice to our clients during this complex and ever-changing international tax environment."
