OVERVIEW

Che is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  He specialises in investment funds and advises on the establishment and ongoing operation of Cayman Islands hedge funds and private equity funds. He also advises on regulatory, general corporate and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

Che joined the Maples Group in 2020.  Prior to his move to the Cayman Islands, he worked across the Banking and Finance and Corporate Advisory teams at Russell McVeagh in Wellington, New Zealand.
