OVERVIEW
Chris has extensive knowledge on the operational and accounting aspects of various structured finance entities covering CDO/CLO deals, private equities, holding companies etc. He is also experienced in funds and asset management clients and is knowledgeable in IFRS and FRS 101-102.
BACKGROUND
Chris joined the Maples Group in 2018. Previously, Chris was in audit for nine years and was an Audit Manager in the Structured Finance Group of EY Dublin where he specialised in various S110 structures such as CLOs/CDOs and financing vehicles.
