Conor Cawley

OVERVIEW

Conor is an associate in Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. Conor advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters. 

BACKGROUND

Before joining the Maples Group in 2021, Conor worked on one of Dublin's most active corporate transaction teams in the private equity and venture capital space. He has experience advising companies and investors across a breadth of M&A and equity offerings. Conor is 'Recommended' in The Legal 500 EMEA 2023.
