OVERVIEW

David is a highly experienced tax specialist and advises on international transactions structured in, and through, Ireland. He works with companies, banks and investment funds and their advisors to structure and implement capital markets, structured finance, asset finance and funds transactions.

BACKGROUND

David joined the Maples Group in 2013, moving from an Irish corporate law firm.  He trained in London with Dentons, and previously worked as a tax lawyer at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP.

1999 - Admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (not practising as an English solicitor)

2011 - Admitted as a solicitor in Ireland
