OVERVIEW

Jarod is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  He advises private equity funds, hedge funds and investment managers on investment fund formation, restructuring and fund transactions.  Jarod also advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

Jarod joined the Maples Group in 2023.  He previously worked with another law firm in the Cayman Islands as well as leading law firms and investment managers in Australia, including King & Wood Mallesons, Minter Ellison, Gilbert + Tobin and Bankers Trust.
