OVERVIEW

Joe has experience covering a broad range of leveraged debt capital markets, structured products and general financing transactions. He advises Irish and international banks, private investors, sponsors and corporate entities across a wide range of securitisation and financial market deals.

BACKGROUND

Joe joined the Maples Group in 2020. From 2015 to 2019 he worked as an Associate in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins, LLP.  During this time he completed a secondment with the Leveraged Debt Capital Market's team at Deutsche Bank. Prior to moving to London he trained as a Solicitor with one of Ireland's leading law firms qualifying in 2014.
