Marc Randall

OVERVIEW

Marc has extensive experience in providing fiduciary and entity management services to a wide range of offshore companies and limited partnerships including hedge funds, private equity funds and structured finance vehicles.  He has acted as a director and liquidator to many companies registered in various offshore jurisdictions.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Marc worked with Kroll (Cayman) Limited as a Senior, assisting with liquidations and forensic accountant engagements in the financial services industry.  Prior to that he worked for PPB Chartered Accountants in Australia as a Supervisor, where he progressed a wide variety of insolvency and restructuring engagements including voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations.
