OVERVIEW
Max is an associate of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to publicly listed companies at all stages of their business cycle. Max’s experience involves all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, primary and secondary capital market raisings, corporate restructures and corporate governance and regulatory matters.
BACKGROUND
Max joined the Maples Group in 2018. He previously worked for Hall & Wilcox, Dentons and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Australia. Max has been recognised as a Trailblazer on The Australasian Lawyer's Hot List.
