OVERVIEW

Noel has extensive experience in the areas of securitisations and investment funds. Noel provides client accounting services for a wide range of structured finance transactions and is responsible for the preparation of management accounts and financial statements for a range of structured finance transactions including CDO/CLO transactions, note programmes and aircraft leasing deals.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Noel worked at Moore Stephens (Sydney) in the audit and assurance department and at KPMG (Dublin) in the financial services audit department.
