OVERVIEW

Stephanie provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds, holding companies, SPACs and SPVs in the Cayman Islands.  Stephanie also acts as relationship manager for her portfolio and as one of the main points of contact for the client companies, their Board of Directors and service providers.  She specialises in the coordination of attendance at board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of minutes and communication with boards of directors on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.  In addition to corporate secretarial services, Stephanie provides director registration services to directors registered under the Cayman Islands Directors Registration and Licensing Act. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Stephanie worked in the financial services industry specifically in trust accounting, offshore banking and client relationship management.
