OVERVIEW

Tiana is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office.  She has a broad background in commercial litigation matters relating to insolvency, contractual disputes, equitable claims and insurance.  Tiana has appeared in the District Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in New Zealand.   

BACKGROUND

Tiana joined the Maples Group in 2021.  She previously worked at Wynn Williams in New Zealand. Tiana has been recommended in Legal 500 where client say she "stands out as an associate in the group and she is definitely on the “up and coming” list. Very knowledgeable and responsive, works hard and supports the team effectively. We enjoy working with her and think she has a bright future."
