OVERVIEW
Ann-Marie is an associate of Maples and Calder's Banking team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She advises on a wide range of finance transactions including leveraged acquisitions, corporate debt, real estate finance and development finance. She acts regularly for borrowers (SPVs, companies, funds and partnerships) and lenders (financial institutions and alternative lenders) on both domestic and cross border transactions.
BACKGROUND
Ann-Marie joined the Maples Group as a trainee in 2014. Upon qualification in 2017, she joined the Banking team within the Finance Group. Ann-Marie worked in academia before joining Maples and Calder.PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES
