OVERVIEW
Luke is an associate of Maples and Calder's Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group's Cayman Islands office. He has experience in large and complex commercial litigation matters including disputes relating to corporate insolvency, breaches of directors' duties, contractual claims and insurance. The range of clients that Luke has acted for includes insolvency practitioners, investors, creditors, financial institutions and oil and gas companies.BACKGROUND
