Use of the file repository feature within Nasdaq Boardvantage may support the Maples Group’s Irish clients in their efforts to address the Central Bank's CP86 requirement for fund management companies to maintain entity records securely in or from Ireland.  Where funds are not subject to CP86 regulations this repository may still provide an additional layer of good governance.
