Regulated as a DNFBP by the Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM") Financial Services Regulatory Authority, the Maples Group’s ADGM office provides fiduciary services including directorship, incorporation, company secretarial and board support and accounting, tax and agency services to investment funds, partnerships, structured finance vehicles, corporate entities and private clients.

ADGM's three independent authorities (Registration Authority, Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA") and the ADGM Courts) provide a controlled environment enabling registered companies to conduct business and operate with confidence.
