Maples Group's Global Asset Finance Team Recognised Again on Aviation Finance Deals of the Year

The Maples Group's global Asset Finance team has been recognised once again for its role on some of the aviation industry's most innovative transactions at the Airline Economics Aviation 100 Awards 2024.

The team is delighted to have provided Cayman Islands, Irish counsel and/or supporting fiduciary and administrative services on the winning deals across the following categories:

Offering legal advice to a multitude of aircraft lessors, financiers, funds, investors, owners and operators, we act on export credit agency-supported financings for all of the major aircraft manufacturers as well as commercial bank and lessor supported debt deals.  We also regularly advise on the registration of aircraft in the Cayman Islands and Ireland and local registration of security interests
