OVERVIEW
Adam is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. He advises on the establishment, authorisation, operation and maintenance of Irish regulated funds including UCITS and AIFs and provides full service Irish fund solutions to Asian-based clients. Adam advises asset managers establishing Irish authorised AIFMs, UCITS and MiFID management companies, as well as an international client base on the formation and structuring of Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands domiciled entities.
BACKGROUND
Adam joined the Maples Group as a paralegal in 2014. Upon qualification in 2019, he joined the Funds & Investment Management team.AREAS OF EXPERTISE
