OVERVIEW

Aileen is an associate of Maples and Calder's Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group's Dublin office. She advises on the establishment, authorisation, regulation and operation of Irish regulated funds, including UCITS, AIFs and other specialised fund products. Also advises on the establishment, ongoing operation and regulation of AIFMs and UCITS management companies.

BACKGROUND

Aileen joined the Maples Group in 2018. Upon qualification in 2022, she joined the Funds & Investment Management team
